Ever since I first heard Dolby Atmos, I wanted to create a 3D drum experience that surrounds the listener. In this piece, each drum is placed around the listener—front, back, sides, and even above—for an immersive setup. One highlight is a wild tom-tom solo that brings extra energy to the mix. For now, the sounds stay in their positions, but future versions will experiment with movement across the space.
